General Required Documents
- Passport, minimum 6 months validity.
- Previous passport, if any. Lost হলে GD copy, English translation এবং notarized copy.
- Photo 35mm x 45mm, white background, matte paper, recent lab print.

- Bank Solvency Certificate.
- Fixed Deposit Copy with Certificate from Bank, if any.
- Sanchay Patra Copy with Certificate from Bank, if any.
- Share Documents / BO Account Statement, if any.
- Asset Valuation Summary: Property, Bank Statement, Fixed Deposit and other financial documents.
- Credit Card Copy + Statement, if any.
- NID / Birth Certificate.
- Marriage Certificate / Nikahnama, if married.
- Tour Plan / Travel Itinerary.
Documents For Job Holder
- No Objection Certificate, NOC.
- Salary Certificate.
- Employee ID Card Copy.
- Provident Fund Certificate, if available.
- BMDC Certificate, for Doctor.
- BAR Council Certificate, for Advocate.
Documents For Business Person
- Renewal Trade License Copy with Notary Public, English Translated.
- Memorandum for Limited Company / Form XII / Company Certificate of Corporate.
- Blank Page of Office Pad.
- Import / Export Certificate, if available.
- Business Certificate, if applicable.
Sponsor’s Documents, If Applicable
- Invitation Letter & Affidavit of Support notarized. এতে invitee information, invitation purpose, exact visit dates এবং travel/accommodation expense কে বহন করবে তা clear থাকতে হবে।
- Copy of host party’s passport identification page.
- Copy of host party’s National ID / Alien Registration.
- Affidavit / Guarantee Letter.

Profile Review
Passport, bank statement, profession proof, financial documents এবং travel history review করা হয়।

Embassy Submission
Direct South Korea Embassy তে file submit করা হয়, VFS এর মাধ্যমে নয়।

Embassy Receipt Guideline
South Korea visa fee receipt অনুযায়ী important instruction
- Visa progress check করা যায়: www.visa.go.kr
- Application status check করতে হবে “Check Application Status” option থেকে।
- সাধারণত ১৫ দিন পর visa process/result check করতে বলা হয়।
- Result approved/rejected পাওয়ার ২ দিন পর original receipt দিয়ে passport collect করা যায়।
- Passport collection time সাধারণত working days এ দুপুর 2:00pm - 3:30pm।
